Rebecca commenced her real estate career in 2016 with a solid foundation in Property Management, before transitioning into Sales Administration in 2020. In 2021, her role expanded to include Office Management, Payroll and Human Resources, leading into her current leadership position.

Today, Rebecca leads the key operational pillars of the business — people and culture (HR), financial operations (payroll and accounts payable), governance and compliance, and day-to-day business management. Working closely with Directors and teams, she helps streamline processes, strengthen internal procedures and support high-performing offices.
