Emma is a friendly and highly organised Property Officer who plays an important role in supporting the Property Management team across the Blue Mountains. With a strong background in leadership and customer service, she brings more than four years of management experience, having previously worked as both a Manager and Assistant Manager before moving into real estate.

After initially joining Chapman Real Estate in a Sales Support and Reception role, Emma has now transitioned into Property Management, where her strong organisational skills, approachable nature and attention to detail are a great fit. She assists with the day-to-day management of properties, communication with tenants and landlords, and supporting the wider Property Management team to ensure matters are handled efficiently and professionally.

Having attended school in the Blue Mountains and lived locally her entire life, Emma has a genuine connection to the area and a strong appreciation for the community she works in. Her local knowledge, combined with her commitment to teamwork and customer service, helps her provide a friendly and reliable experience for both landlords and tenants.
